Minnie Louis Anderson Young Scholarship

The Minnie Louise Anderson Young (MLAY) Scholarship Program has come to its natural end.  The final Scholarship funds were awarded in 2022. 

Students from the District, Maryland, and Virginia for whom college might present financial hardship are encouraged to apply to the Stanley A. and Wilhelmina Jashemski Memorial Scholarship Fund. The Fund is administered by Takoma Park Presbyterian Church, Takoma Park, Md. You need not be a member of TPPC to apply.

Prospective applicants should:

—be active members of a faith community;

—be undergraduates with a 3.5 cumulative grade point average;

—pursue liberal arts studies;

—show commitment to social and civic concern;

—have financial need.
