The Reverend Marilyn Jenkins began as Priest-in-Charge at St. George’s at the end of February 2020. Prior to St. George’s, Marilyn was the Associate Rector at St. Monica and St. James on Capitol Hill. Marilyn discerned a call to the Priesthood in the Episcopal Church after retiring from almost 30 years as an Intelligence officer in the United States Air Force. She graduated from Berkeley Divinity School at Yale and was ordained as a Priest in June 2018. The Rev. Jenkins brings with her a love of the Episcopal faith tradition and a passion for sharing the Gospel.
